Lisa Glaze

Lisa Glaze is currently the Chief Compliance Officer within Fast Track Specialties, Inc. This role includes responsibility for all HR , Insurance and Benefits functions as well as strategic leadership as determined by the growth and needs of the company and the management team. She was just elected to the Board of Directors in February, 2009 as Secretary.
Prior to coming to Fast Track Specialties, Inc. in July of 2008, Lisa has held both sales and management positions in the Employee Benefits Insurance Industry, dating back to 1992. Lisa has been responsible for revenue growth and profitability, as well as the development of sales efforts in Ohio, Texas and Louisiana. During her tenure, Lisa has worked with companies ranging anywhere from 2 to 10,000+ employees and has been recognized as a Sales Leader at various times throughout her career.
Lisa graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Bowling Green State University. She resides in Spring, TX with her husband John and their four children.
