Julie Ruby


Julie Ruby is currently the Sales Manager within Fast Track Specialties, Inc. She is responsible for the coordination of the Sales and Estimating Team. She oversees the day to day operations of various projects and is considered an expert in Operable Walls and Accordion Doors, as well as various other divisions. Julie really enjoys working on medical facility projects and office build outs.

Prior to joining Fast Track Specialties, Inc. in May 2005, Julie was in the Property Management Industry for 11 years. She was responsible for the daily operation of multi-million dollar multi-family communities and oversaw a staff of nearly 50 employees. Julie’s background in budget management, coupled with her leadership abilities and sales expertise, which has won her several sales awards throughout the years, has been a tremendous asset to Fast Track Specialties, Inc.

Julie resides in Magnolia, TX with her husband Mike and their two children, Justin and Preston.
