Lisa Glaze

Lisa Glaze is currently the Chief Compliance Officer for Fast Track Specialties, Inc. As CCO, Lisa reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns and ensures that the management team and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of various state and federal regulatory agencies, company polices and the company’s Standards of Conduct. She is responsible for all Human Resources, Insurance and Benefits functions including the ongoing training of employees and management in these areas. Lisa also collaborates with the management team providing support and strategic leadership as determined by the growth and needs of the company. She was just elected to the Board of Directors in February, 2009 as Secretary.
Prior to coming to Fast Track Specialties, Inc. in July of 2008 as Director of Operations, Lisa has held both sales and management positions in the Employee Benefits Industry, dating back to 1992. Lisa has been responsible for revenue growth and profitability, as well as the development of sales efforts, in Ohio, Texas and Louisiana. During that time, Lisa worked with companies ranging anywhere from 2 to 10,000+ employees and has been recognized as a Sales Leader at various times throughout her career.
Lisa is a member of American Subcontractors Association Houston Chapter and currently serves as the Committee Chair for ASA’s annual Excellence in Construction awards gala. She is also a member of the Executive Board of Directors for Doerre Intermediate PTO. Lisa graduated with Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University and recently received her OSHA 10 Hour Certification. She resides in Spring, TX with her husband John and their four children.
